RCS is committed to improving their risk management policies and has contracted with PIC Solutions to develop an effective behaviour scoring solution that will improve their bottom-line results.
Behaviour scorecards support the ongoing strategic management of accounts within an organisation and provide a rank ordering of the accounts using the performance definition selected. During this turnkey analytical project, members of the PIC Solutions predictive modelling team will work closely with RCS, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing usage of the new behaviour scorecards.
